Welcome to Natural PJs™. By accessing our website, browsing our collections, or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and policies. These are intended to provide clarity, transparency, and consistency for both retail customers and wholesale partners.

 

Terms of Service

This website is operated by Natural PJs™, based in Ontario, Canada. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Natural PJs™.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Accept that product availability, pricing, and timelines may change without notice

Natural PJs™ reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities at our discretion.


These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein.

 

Shipping Policy

Natural PJs™ currently ships within Canada. We hope to expand shipping to additional regions in the future.

Shipping timelines, methods, and costs are communicated at checkout or within wholesale catalogs, depending on the nature of the order.

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, Natural PJs™ is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

Taxes, Duties & Fees

Applicable taxes are calculated separately and charged according to Canadian regulations.

Any duties, customs fees, brokerage charges, or additional carrier-imposed fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in product or shipping prices unless otherwise stated.


Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and production model:

  • Returns and exchanges are not accepted
  • Exceptions are made only in the case of a manufacturing defect

If you believe an item is defective, please contact us at hello@naturalpjs.com within 14 days of receiving your order, including photographs and order details. Approved claims may be repaired, replaced, or credited at our discretion.

 

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are placed several months in advance of shipment. Each boutique is provided with clear, confirmed shipping dates within our seasonal catalog.

  • Orders ship on or around the date specified in the catalog
  • Payment is processed automatically within 7 days of the confirmed ship date
  • Shipping timelines are communicated in advance to support planning and delivery expectations

While we make every effort to ship as scheduled, delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur. Natural PJs™ is not responsible for delays once an order has been transferred to the carrier.

All wholesale orders are considered final sale unless otherwise agreed in writing.

 

Wholesale Payment Terms

  • No deposits are required
  • Payment is due upon shipment
  • Payments are processed automatically using the payment method provided at checkout

Failure to successfully process payment may result in a delay to shipment.

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card
  • Shopify Payments

All payments are securely processed through Shopify’s payment infrastructure. Natural PJs™ does not store or have access to full credit card details.
