How do I choose my size?

Are your pajamas true to size?
Yes, our sleepwear is designed to fit true to size with ease and comfort in mind. Fit may vary slightly by style.

Orders & Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards and Shopify Payments. All payments are securely processed through Shopify.
When is payment processed for wholesale orders?
Wholesale orders are charged upon shipment, typically within 7–10 days of the confirmed ship date outlined in the seasonal catalog.
Do you require deposits for wholesale orders?
No deposits are required. Full payment is due when your order ships.
Shipping
Where do you ship?
We currently ship throughout Canada. We hope to expand shipping regions in the future.
When will my order ship?
Wholesale orders are placed months in advance, with confirmed ship dates provided in our seasonal catalog. Orders ship on or around the scheduled date.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Shipping options and timelines are communicated at checkout or in advance for wholesale orders.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the nature of our products and production model, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
What if my order arrives with a defect?
If you believe an item is defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with photos and order details. Approved defects may be repaired, replaced, or credited at our discretion.

How can I become a stockist?

Are wholesale orders final sale?
Yes, all wholesale orders are considered final sale, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Do you offer reorder programs or restocks?
