At Natural PJs™, sustainability is not a trend or a single promise — it is a series of considered decisions made throughout the design and production process.

We believe beautiful sleepwear should feel good to wear and be made with care — from materials to prints.

 

Natural Fibres First

Our collections are designed using natural fibres, selected for their comfort and breathability, reduced reliance on synthetic materials, and timeless performance across seasons.

Natural fibres are well suited to sensitive skin, offering a softer hand feel with minimal static and reduced irritation. Their natural breathability and temperature-regulating properties help maintain comfort across changing conditions, allowing the body to move and rest in harmony with its natural rhythms.

Chosen for longevity and familiarity, these materials feel calm and natural against the skin while supporting a more considered approach to material use and everyday wear.

Where available, we work with fabrics that meet recognized textile standards, including GOTS (Global Organic Textile Standard) and OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, which help ensure materials are responsibly produced and tested for harmful substances.


Thoughtful Production

We design our collections in Canada and work with experienced manufacturing partners who specialize in apparel production.

Our production model is intentionally seasonal and planned:

  • Collections are produced in considered quantities
  • Wholesale orders are placed months in advance
  • Production volumes are closely aligned with confirmed demand

This approach helps minimize excess inventory and unnecessary waste while allowing us to focus on quality and consistency.

 

Designed to Last

Sustainability also means creating garments intended for long-term wear.

Our sleepwear is designed with:
